Should Bucs be looking for character in NFL Draft

Speaking of the upcoming NFL draft, shouldn’t the Tampa Bucs be looking for a player with high character? They’ve rolled the dice the last couple of years taking known temper tantrum headaches Aqib Talib, Mike Williams and LeGarrette Blount.

Even if Talib beats the gun shooting charge against him, he has already lived up to the “Wild Child” tag Bucs head coach Raheem Morris placed on him.

The biggest thing going for the NFL in its labor dispute with the NFLPA could be the misdeeds of the players. Since the Super Bowl, there have been a reported 20 something arrests of players. Its association could be worried if its membership will significantly decrease as the lockout continues.

The Bucs made their contribution to list with Talib and former player Shelton Quarles, the team’s coordinator of pro scouting who was arrested for DUI in on March 4th.
